Originally called Easy Leads, the company soon became Warnock's By Owner and began to expand into metropolitan areas outside of Utah.  Despite the growing expansion and complexity of data collection, the company remained focused on unwavering customer service and data quality.  Warnock's By Owner rapidly became a staple of the national Real Estate community, and has been so for the past decade.
