Great question. There are a lot of similarities. After all, our CEO is one of the original founders of The Redx. But that's a story for another day.
The biggest difference is in overall philosophy. The Redx CEO is on record saying they provide every number they can find "to create opportunities." So, you end up getting many numbers to people that have no relation or tie to the property. That sounds like a fun call, right? If you're into that sort of thing, save your hard earned $$$ and just start dialing random numbers on your phone. It's kinda the same thing.
Landvoice prioritizes the numbers attached to your leads. We only give you 3 numbers and rank them based on the likelihood of that number being the homeowner. If we know a number isn't tied to the property, we won't give it to you. Basically, we want you to call people who want to sell their home and not waste your time calling a random Joe (despite how cool Joe might be).
The difference between Expired Basic and Expired Pro is in the way we get the data.
With Expired Basic, we can only find about 60% of the numbers. Most of our Expired Basic customers are agents that are just starting out and have a limited budget.
Expired Pro is our advanced service that utilizes elite databases not accessible to the general public. In most markets, agents are getting up to 95% of numbers for their expired leads. Expired Pro customers are experienced agents that want nearly every number for an advantage over their competitors.
Our cancellation policy is simple: Call us before it renews and we'll cancel it. We don't have any long-term contracts. Our role is to provide you with the tools and data you need to grow your business. If that doesn't happen, cancel your account.
